A command-based publishing automation tool, built by Ranjha Solutions and currently used only on our own channels. It takes a finished video we made, uploads it at the time we set through the official YouTube Data API, and emails us one confirmation with the video link. That is all it does — and it does it reliably, every day.
Autopilot Tool exists to remove one repetitive chore from running our channels: the manual upload.
Ranjha Solutions runs the YouTube channels VegFlow and Aria AI Tips. Every video on those channels is our own work — planned, scripted and produced by us, or assembled by the tool's built-in asset-based generator working from our own scripts and images.
Instead of opening YouTube Studio and uploading by hand each day, we create a job: the channel, the finished video file, the title, description, tags and category, and a fixed publish time. An always-on scheduler then uploads the video at that time through the official YouTube Data API v3 and emails us a single confirmation containing the resulting video link.
The tool also carries a built-in anti-repeat guard: it refuses to create the same video twice for the same channel, so an episode can never be published twice by mistake.
No magic — a job goes in, an uploaded video and one email come out.
Channel, video file, title, description, tags, category and the time it should go up.
At the set time, the scheduler uploads the video via the official YouTube Data API, using access we authorised ourselves through Google sign-in.
A single confirmation email arrives with the link to the uploaded video. Nothing else to check, nothing else sent.
While YouTube's API audit is pending, uploads stay private. We review each video in YouTube Studio and publish it personally when satisfied.
We built this tool to save time on our own publishing, and we are plain about its boundaries.
Autopilot Tool is currently a private, in-house tool. It is connected only to Ranjha Solutions' own channels — VegFlow and Aria AI Tips — each authorised personally by the channel owner through Google sign-in.
A public, multi-user version is a possible future phase. It would only ever be offered after YouTube's API audit and verification for this project is approved, and only with the same plain approach to data set out in our privacy policy.
